Returning Your Seeds

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted items for a full refund. Please note:

  • We can only accept unopened returns.
  • If the seal on the breeder’s packaging is broken, we cannot issue a refund.

When returning your seeds, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Your shipping address

Failure to provide this information may cause significant delays in processing your refund.

If your return is seized or destroyed by customs or the delivery service, we will be unable to refund your payment or replace the products.

Important: Before sending your return, please contact us via our contact form to confirm that your return complies with our policy. Returned seeds must be sealed, unopened, and in their original breeder’s packaging. The customer is responsible for the return until it safely reaches us.

We will make every effort to dispatch replacement products as quickly as possible.


Refund Policy

Before placing your order, please double-check your billing and shipping address details. We cannot refund or replace orders due to address errors.

We do not accept liability for items confiscated by customs during shipping. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your local and national laws regarding cannabis seeds.

Refunds will only cover the cost of the products. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged.
